Pay for education

In world every governments have opened many colleges to allow the students to complete their higher studies. In the UAE there are many colleges as HCT, some people think that students must pay for education at HCT. I do not agree with this, although there are arguments on both sides.
Students have to pay because the students will take more care and seriously in their classes, if they pay they will try to not repeat the course again and try to study harder than whom not pay for the education. Another point is that the college would have a higher budget which means better facilities and teaching materials. The colleges with get a higher budget and can afford new facilities, and new technology to use the newest in technology in facilities equipment. I would also argue that payment for education would support a larger schedule, for example, more and later classes and elective courses. Students can study what they want to study and at what time they want to study.
The main reason why I disagree with the statement at students should pay for education is this is fairer for students from poorer families. For example, a student from a less wealthy family has the same chance to fulfill his dream of getting a good education to get a better life in the future and they can help them families. Another point is that there would be a better mix of students. In other world, students would be from different families and regions of the UAE. I would also argue that students who might not think about studying would have a chance to get a degree than otherwise. For example, a student who might not have a chance to study could apply and get motivated to improve themselves.
There are arguments for and against the statement. However, on balance, I believe the arguments in favor of a free education are stronger than those against students paying for education.

Exams in HCT

In terms of being a student in HCT have studied to have the certificate of the college to increase their knowledge, but are examinations the best and fairest way of assessment in HCT. In this essay I am going to discuss whether examinations are useful in the HCT or not and why.
Every year many new students come to the HCT to study and these students have exams about every month to know if the students work hard, and to assess them at the end of the term. I think the exams are important to follow up the student and assess them; also these exams help them to know their area of weakness and fix it. These exams help student as well to keep studying well and work hard. The HCT is open more than twenty years and the way of assessing students has been the examination.
As we know, sciences develop in every second. I think the way of studying in the HCT also must develop faster than what’s happenings now. The exams are still not enough to know if the students are ready for the labor market and what is needed in the labor markets in the UAE. The management of the HCT must study the needs of the labor markets in the UAE and what are the areas of weakness of the study in the HCT to improve it. Exams are a good way but maybe the best way to know if the students are ready for work. There are many better ways than exams, one example of these ways is to make an interview with the students or let the student go to work for two to three weeks as a trainee. There are many ways to be used by the HCT management.
In conclude I think the HCT management must change the way of assessment of the student and improve the way of studying depending on what the government needs for future in the UAE and to keep the ways of examinations improving year by year.

number of fatal accidents

The table shows the number of fatal accidents which took place on roads in a 3-month period in 2004. Five places are mentioned where the accidents happened, and the information is divided into 5 age groups
The highest number of accidents took place while playing in the street. Most of these accidents happened to children aged between 2 and 7. Older children were hardly involved at all with accidents in the street with only 7 cases between the ages of 11 and 16 out of 214.
The next highest areas were shopping for parents and cycling in the street.
Shopping for parents accounted for 52 accidents, with 46 of these occurring between the ages of 5 and 11. The same age category was also involved in most accidents concerning cycling in the street, accounting for 45 out of the 52 accidents. Journeys to and from school had the least number of accidents, although younger school children were more involved than the older age groups
Now look at the overall picture for your conclusion. We can see younger children were involved in the majority of accidents

In conclusion….The table shows that the highest number of accidents involved younger children. Those between 2 and 7 accounted for almost two thirds of the total
